Easy returns.
At Skylux, quality comes first. If something still does not meet your expectations, we will arrange the return quickly and personally. No complicated procedures. No hidden costs.

Not all products are returnable.
Check the delivery time on the product page to see whether your item can be returned:
- Products from stock: Items delivered within 5 working days (Classification A & B) are eligible for return.
- Custom-made products: Items with a delivery time of 10 working days or more are manufactured specifically for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these.
Guidelines and conditions.
- Registration period. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without stating a reason. Use only the digital return form. Telephone registrations will not be processed.
- Return period. After your registration, you have 14 days to send the product back.
- Condition. Products must be returned undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. In the event of noticeable depreciation due to use, a fee may be charged.
- Logistics. You can deliver your product free of charge in person to our head office: Skylux NV, Venetiëlaan Gate 17, 8530 Stasegem.
- Collection service. If you choose collection by Skylux, a transport cost of €150 will be deducted from your credit.
- Refund. After receipt and inspection, we will credit the amount within 14 days via your original payment method.
- Shipping costs. If your return brings the remaining order value below the threshold for free delivery, the initial shipping costs will still be charged.
- Custom work. Custom-made products (classifications C05 up to and including E) are excluded from the right of return.
